the key is a fish,
inside the lock nec F3626GK,

A think also sometimes, when these type of cars failure to start.
Equipped with this system. Dodge - Jeep - Chrysler.

Fish key = called "Fobik key" / MB type design.

Steering wheel lock, should be tested and checked out.
If not working properly - I think - No start car.
And not possible, to program:
An old key, back.
And neither, a new key into the system.

Bought a used ignition lock.
I tried to change the vin number of the WIN, but it did not work

i change the vin and pin in the donor WIN, the immo light goes out, but the ELV does not work
