Problems 1D69J HC05X32 xprog

Hi guys!, My name is Antonio, I'm from spain, well I write here because, I need some help with Xprog-M, well I'm working now in a Saab 9-5 Immo box, I'm trying to read the code from the Immo Box, this immo box have a Motorola HC05X32 Mask (1D69J) QFP64, I have tried with the schemma of the Xprog manual Chapter (2.1.6), but the xprog program says (Device Silent), I have tried Onboard and desolding the Integrated (out of board), and always the same Message...I see some of the oscillator about PIN 28, 29 in the manual, but i don't understand nothing....many thankS and regards!

do you have HC05 bypass authorization ????
If not , you can't read , these mcu's are secured

Did you used this type of motorola before ? Is your Xporg-m
original from TMT or it is chinas clone?

Use ETL m8 on this processor. Work like a charm.

Hi people!, I solved the problem, Desolding the HC05x from the circuit and solding in the adapter p/c: 1-002-0005.

I've got couple from 9-3. Even one with paired transponder bytes.

BTW

I'm looking for info how to match TWICE with ECU T7 without Tech2. VIN is encrypted as well as keys. Megamos ID14.
Any info appreciated...

Were you able to figure out a way to do this? I don't want to buy a tech2 for using only on saabs, so if there is another way- that would be great.
