Fiat Ducato 2.3 multijet needing help

Hi Guys

Needing some help and a bit guidance.
i have a Fiat Ducato 2.3 multijet Campervan 130 year 2015/16 Euro 5 ,,Magnetti Marelli ECU.
was having slight issues odd wierd dashboard lights etc. then one day after a few hours horrendous rain storm
went to start van and no start.
Went to read codes with MES and Autel and no communication.
Found out Ecu was being soaked with water and was completely ruined. Drain pipe was blocked so not sure if the water was spewing in ECU.
long story short. Got a used Ecu and programmed to van "All good " however what is not good is
my van has only done 73,252 100% genuine miles from new.
code reader are reporting stored millage on used ECU as 230,000 klm or something and last oil service etc as 2014
Odemeter is still 73,252 miles
Is it just a simple case of change miles to my genuine miles in BIN file using a HEX editor using Kess, Ktag or Autel XP pro and program back or will i need an ECU with around same miles.
