Jaguar X-Type Immo not activated - no start

Hello mates,

This car is showing Immo not activated on board display, on Jaguar home they say it comes from ecu.

I have read all units, dashboard data match both keys ok.

Also I tried to resolder mpc and pinout from dashboard without luck.

Can you check syncronism between units?
