Is it safe to do cas4 with Autel? Is safe OBD or better read cas4 with programmer?

For my experience do not ever work with OBD if you dont have backup it safe to work on table with programmer and after saving car data you could work with obd but you need to add externel charge to the car

Autel programer safe? As I see must remove parts,cut track to read mcu,not liked solution

but vvdiprog and additionnel support but it safe to read vith autel programmer but you must have some soldring skills

Which tool is most safe? Hexprog?
