It is ready egr off for the alfa 156, no need unplug egr socket only if is stuck open the valve inside.

One more question before I upload map to ECU, is it modified with AES universal EGR remover, or some other tool?

I ask because I tried few days ago with AES and upload fail.

I tried to upload with MPPS and it didn't complete. Error is "Conditions are not met" after progress bar finished on 100%.

After that I upload mine stage1 file, and it passed ok.

Something is wrong with modified NO EGR file.

Checksum can be bad, check with you ori or use data changed in my mod.

It's your file with my mod, compare with your working file, copy my mod to your and flash (don't flash mine directly because chk)

Advice, you can check MAF flow at idle, it must be 45 kg/h or 450 mg/i aprox, so you confirm EGR is full closed and no stuck open.

From your experience, if I will need to flash ECU backward with ORi, is it possible just to do it without any prerequisite?

Maybe in my country I should do it before yearly technical car inspection.

What do you mean with pre-requisite?
You can flash good ori if not big changes are done (I mean DPF-off, big turbo etc).
For inspection depend on country, but usually in EU test is opacity (smoke), it's not problem ori or stage99 if well done. If not smoke and not OBD errors it should be ok.
