Volkswagen Golf 1.6, 2005 - Need vmax or lock on each gear + DTC off

Hi all!

I have a Golf 5 (Simos 7.1) that need customize vmax or rpm at each gear, the car should do 30km/h (but is bolted with gas pedal so it doesnt jerks at full throttle) so i think vmax is set 33-35 or each gear is now locked at 1500rpm i believe.

I need make it go like 33km/h in reality or atleat faster than now.
Also i need to have 2 dtcs removed please:

P1103 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S1
P1423 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 1

Seem to be little hard for all i have talked with unfortunetly. Either they blame damos, cant or ignore answering back wich is worst than admiting they cant :)
