Hi, I need some help decoding this alarm code. It is off a vectra b 2000. Its a megamos alarm unit part number : 24 411 993.
I,ve read 93c46b eeprom and have attached a dump.

Cheers PremierD. Also there is a security wait time of 2.40 hrs anyway of reseting this without having to power the alarm unit for this amount of time.

you wernt far of PremierD. It was 2760. Took alot of messing around taking eeprom off board trying to find were to reset security wait time. In the end i left eeprom on the board and changed some hex values then wrote it back. Tried a few codes then reset timer and tried again. Got there in the end.

did u desolder eeprom from board before reading. Dump doesnt look right part number looks jumbled up.

IT`S FROM AN ASTRA G BUT IT`S SIMILAR

AND IT`S MEGAMOS TOO!!!

whats the part number? Part number dont look right in dump. I had this first time i tried was using wrong voltage and it was giving me spurious readings.
