Mercedes w221 2011 No sound

Hi, does anyone know what is the reason for no sound? After turning on the ignition, the sound is there all the time, but after starting the car, the inscription "gerät nicht verfügbar" appears and the sound from the radio disappears (not always)
No sound from radio, cd and sd
No errors in the system

The car have Harman Kardon Logic 7.1? If so, the amp its probably dead...

It is not Harman Kardon Logic 7.1
It is the AMP EJ MR1510

Did you try flashing the comand? Mercedes once upon time has official document about this malfunction and the first step it was comand reflash. If the problem was still exist, they say change the AMP. Important: Before flashing check it cd changer because many W221 has problem with cd reading.
