Have CEM with 2 same micro : 9S12XDT256 - 1L15Y
1 micro 4Mh, other micro 8 MHz
Normally i make perfect clone and read with XPROG by menu 9S12XD256
(XPROG does not have the 9S12XDT256 in the menu)
when i read, i got 4 kB EEPROM and 2048 kB flash !
The CEM from today : i can not read the 4MHz micro (XPROG shows "bootloader initialising error, cant access BDM")
....but with VVDI prog i can read the micro without problem !!
the only problem is that the FLASH is only 256kB (MCU ID =C411)
so what i do wrong with XPROG, while VVDI can read it without problem.
