How to reduce verify errors,
The Random data, when reading data flash. I am trying to reduce or even filter this.

My oem Upa, and current project with R7F701xxx

Device settings:
mask erased sectors, set from 0 to 1
With these setting in data flash i get lesser compare faults. So this is a big help.
Still and up with about 220 to 240 verify errors. Before ( Verifying: 2069 Errors Found ).

Settings that work wel on the code flash, user boot and option bytes:
Ocsilator 16000
Baudrate 115200
Voltage 3.3V

After writing, there are no more verify errors. Atleast i remember this, from a srs unit i while ago.
Not sure, if this is the case, with some renesas.

If i read it 10 times, and use a hex tool, i should be able to find all steady bytes???
Or are these random bytes, part of a crc series? And editing is a no no?

At this moment, i am working on a rfhub, Dodge Ram 2020.
Bcm, and rfhub, flooded.

The rfhub R7F7 itself looks ok, and is easy to swapp to another unit.
It does give me some verify errors, in the d-flash.
Transfer of data would be the prefered option.

I can read the spc5606B located in the bcm.
It does have a otp sector. So a full clone, will no be possible.
I consider swapping the spc5606B.
Or program in another bcm.

This is also a akl job. I can easily add a key, to the rfhub
Ecu is fine.
The tcu 75hp8 i might be able to clone.

Flooded cars, i hate, but i can not say no, to this owner.
I will help him, best possible.
All wiring, about 8 sectors, all have there own partnumber. We will replace these.
A wrong type sensor, is more off a trouble.

But for now, i want to do a perfect data transfer, rfhub, and bcm.

Can you share dumps from it and sticker? When made by Continental then most likely similar trick to some dashes is used there and it is impossible to rewrite the same dFlash with any external programmer.

In first line d-flash 68434597AE, so it will be a P68434597AE.

(The P68434597AC rfhub partnumber, is blacked out with a marker.)

I dont have my work laptop, at hand.
Dont think, it is a conti product.
