Mercedes Vito W638 Y75 ELAB off

Hello,
I need some help with this Mercedes Vito ECU with flash 29F400 inside.
ECU partnumbers 0281010231 A0001530279

I need Y75 valve ELAB off, i have DTC P1622 and car go to limp mode, not run up to 3000rmp.

I already tried other ECU, other Y75 valve, checked all engine wiring. All good.
Sometimes engine runs great, other times goes into limp mode.

Can someone make ELAB off , P1622 off and also Check SUM correction ?
