Need Orig File with AT edc16c10

Hi everyone,
I have received a Toyota Auris (automatic transmission ) without ecu, after bought an ecu and adapt it, car start fine but there is no sign of communication with TCM, when move selector from P to D no light flashing on their position.
Attached is Ext flash read, cansomeone check if ecu had AT program, if so need flash original

can u read faults in TCM?

there is no fault in TCM, only ECM with fault '' LOST communication with PCM/ECM dtc U0100 P0915

MT ecu wouldn't have faults for missing comms with tcu...

Sorry for my last sentences, I have this DTC U0100 in ECM, TCM = no faults, U0100 i think it mean lost communication
