Hello partners.

I am interested in starting a ChipTuning project on Marine control units. At the moment I only have one ECU to test with the following data:

275 hp Mercury 88555815T PCM Propulsion Control Module DTS 2.6 Liter PCM0309M

I think with Ktag it is possible to read this ECU in BDM. Apparently it has an MPC555 / MPC556 processor.
At the moment I only have this information, I will try to read the control unit these days with Ktag and I will tell you the results.
There is little information on this type of ECU on the forum and I would like to know if anyone can provide some knowledge.

Is it possible to tune this ECU?

Could someone on the forum do it? Can I pay for the ChipTuning service

Another question I have, in these ECUs where the immobilizer data or the KM or any other information is stored. Do they have an eeprom for it or does it store everything in the processor?

I would appreciate your comments on this.
Greetings to all members of the forum.
