This is a bad idea!
You will not be annoyed by the check engine light BUT:
Your engine will never run OK.
You will be paying for high fuel consumption,
You will be breathing Your own bad exhaust fumes...
It is much easier and better to check wiring and if OK to replace the Lambda sensor.
