Tacho Universal sync with pc!

Hi guys, has anyone come across no coms with tacho universal 2008? I,m unable to load any files to or from pc/tacho. I did have it working, but now i,m getting errors.

how are you transferring just through com or using usb to rs232
because i came accross the same problem and found it to be usb to rs232 so changed to other pc with com port

I had it working fine through dedicated com port (T23), now it sometimes connects and mostly fails. I'll try it tomorrow through usb convertor. Thanks
