Volvo s60 2003 ..... sinchro?

hello, maybe someone here can check if this car needs a synchro. have I read the cim correctly?
.tried to do synchro with small, now the car only blinks and the wipers work

Your lamps are not synchronized. With ECM EDC15 you can do synchronization only with your hands.
