Audi A3 8P 2.0 won't start

Hello friends
I have a problem with Audi A3 2.0 tdi 143cv 2009.
The car wont start, and only have 2 error.
One in module immobilizer and instruments.
The customer say.... No body Touch in the car.... Well, all the same escuses.
We know, someboby change km and maybe immooff and i think the cluster and immo file have incorret checksun to.

I read two files, 1=EEPROM read in boot mode of edc17cp14 and 2= 24c32a of cluster 8P0920931S

If somebody can help me, I need the PINCODE of
the two files for try config vith vag com or write the right files directly in The eeprom's.

The car only star with crankshaft disconect... Its strange, its the first time i see this... .
Not have more errors.
Somebodycan give me the pin codes of my files?
I want to try config everything with vag com... But need the pin code

Hi, this is not immo if car starts with disconnected crankshaft only- check a synchro ( camshaft-crankshaft )

Hello friends
Confirm the Syncro problem in the crank and camshaft sensor.
The poly camshaft screw are untied and the motor not run... .
Now, the mecânic go make the inspention and put all syncronism ok.
