Old is CAS3, new is CA3+, why not just clone the old one?

My Cgdi bmw tool broken. I have no any other tool. Old one Cas 3+ and new one is also Cas 3+

I repeat, the old one is CAS3 and the new is CAS3+. The ISN can't be transferred to the new eeprom without using an encryption string and even then it won't work correctly. How are you reading and writing these files?
