BMW E39 520D 136 HP year 2000 - DTC and Hardcut

Hello , can someone help me , i have a bmw e39 520D 136 HP year 2000 , i need DTC off for ABS , Traction control , egr off , Cat off , and make hardcut at 4500 rpm.
