Renault master 3 scr flash file

I need flash file or fix my file in scr module renault master 3.I have two DTCs in the module and they cannot be cleared, I also have problems resetting the AdBlue level. At Renault they have told me that it is a common software problem, not a hardware one. The adblue tank is new.

If you have message in dash about adblue , you can't make scr off in dcu. The error will still there in dash. You must reset scr , no error on dash and after make scr off in dcu

I do not want to deactivate and cancel the adblue system, I want to repair the system. I have the new adblue tank.
