EDC17C74 standstill rev limiter

Hello, I am trying to disable the standstill rpm limiter on a VW EDC17C74 (in the original file attached il set at 2500rpm) but can't find a bit like HLSDem_nMaxStand_C on the C64. Anyone has done it before? Regards
