check stage1 tuning file

Hello everyone and thanks to anyone who can help me. 2 months ago I replaced the turbo on my Audi A3 1.4 g-tron by installing an original large turbo from a 1.4 TSI 150hp engine. To adapt the engine to the new turbo I paid for a tuning file, but unfortunately I didn't find the work done satisfactory. The car was hollow at low end and had decent torque at 3000rpm, but as the revs went up it seemed to lose power. with regular speeds at low revs I had the impression that the engine was very advanced, consumption was also very high. for fear that the map could cause damage to the engine, I restored the original file. the guy sent a new file to my first complaint, after which he never answered my phone again. Can someone expert please check if this file is valid or is it better to throw it away? I attach both the original and the elaborate.

there is a difference, so I don't think they are the same, the problem is that filetuning doesn't work well
