yes, use forscan with a elm, go to forscan page and submit a free licence, with that you can program it. you will need to have two keys or id60

Have you played with key programming, check if you did it right?

yes, i test with two keys and no work.
Then i erase all keys and reprogram same keys ok but no work.
I think problem is in ecu file, because I have ford all in one and when i open sid804 in syncro say me all 0. But problem with this software not support the file from dash 24c08.

first you program two keys, immo light should stay on. then with ids, forscan, launch, dec go to programable module initialisation. should be 10 mins and ready

Use Forscan OBD, PATS programation. Job done in 5 minuts and no need disassembly nothing.
