Hello,
I'm new to remapping, actually I'm just about to start. Since today I haven't done any cars and I have a few good friends which are not going to be extremely mad at me if I do something stupid on their cars, before I have the courage and knowledge to mess with other peoples cars, but at the same time I don't want to give them headaches so ....
I've read the ECU using KESS (clone as you guessed correctly https://mhhauto.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif ) I've done EGR off with EGR remove tool, but I've also checked it in winols and didn't find any problems.
Now it is time to do a DPF off, but I cannot find definitive information how to do it. I've checked online and there was a solution which stated stated to look at bite sequence " 00 00 01 00 00 00 28 44 00 00 43 1C 00 00 43 1C" , but some say it does not work. As I don't want to use generic files (I want to actually learn) I'll be glad if somebody have the time to explain it to me the proper way do to it.
