2002 chev lumina immo off

i have a chev lumina 5.7 with big delphi ecu
removed ecu and read 28f400
can anyone help to immo off ?
also ive read some wires need to be cut from bcm?

thanks ill give it a go... i removed the flash chip and read so im not sure if your file cs is ok?
