Bmw X5 ews problem

Hy friend, i have a problem with BW X5 2008 4.8 gasoline:

was changed automatic gearbox, so car start but gear selector stuck in P position; i make with Autel IM608 the EGS renew/allign and the the correct ISN was written in the EGS.
Now the car doesn't star, only crank, i have the EWS fault code problem in the DME and when i try to make Synch DME-CAS with autel tell me "fail to synch".

All ISN: DME CAS EGS match

Can Anyone help me please?
