I have a Technomate 5400 Ci

My reception on 13.0E Hotbird TP 11.938H for novasports6 and other stations is 98%, but it wont show Alpha TV Cyprus on the same frequency. Why is this?

If theres no signal then chances are the channel has left that transponder. Will check and get back.

Hi Sadiq and biff
Checked out Flysat and Hotbird 8 11938H lists channels that I can receive. It does not display Alpha TV Cyprus.
I was looking for the channel cos L.J.s Live Sport on Sat gave that channel for a match on Saturday that I wanted to watch. Just been back onto that site to confirm, but it has now been removed from the list. So it is no longer relevant, but struggling to understand the significance.
Thanks guys for assistance, even if it didn't bear fruit this time.
