ML 270 Start Error and no activate

Hello.
I have a ML 270 CDI in the workshop with a start error problem.
I have reset the ecu with
01D0 02 03 00 FF
The vehicle starts, but when I customize with star c3, start error returns and won't let me activate.
The ecu reference is:
A0245453232
0281010283
Eeprom 5P08C3
Can somebody help me?
