Hi i would like to know what is the maximum boost pressure 1.5 bar is stable and safe on 1.6 TDCI/HDI engine turbo? and how to prevent spikes??

The max safe boost preassure for this turbo is 2200 mbar 2.2 Bar if you need more boost you can interchange with GTD1244VZ

Thats not correct, 2200mbar is oem pressure. Maybe you confused it with 90hp turbo? i run it on 2400mbar right now and i wonder how to prevent spikes to 2500mbar, N75 map right? I just cant find it and not sure if i should increase or decrease %
