Golf 4 1.4 1999 *mmo problem.

I have a golf4 1.4 99 that have a problem with the i*mo!
The client say that have programed a neu key, but the problem is that the car after programing the keys the car work, but after he put off the car for 15 minuts off the car
don?t turn on, when reprogram the keys again he works
but when switch off don?t turn on again (need to reprogram.

I don?t have the car yet, the Dash is a Motometer litle MFA
and i think that have 24C02 or 04! Can this eeprom have a problem or the Motor ECU?

It happened twice at inst.cluster Motometer with Bosch software by GIV after separation from voltage lose information about the key and must reapply to the previous reading Login code.My opinion is that the defective inst.cluster a power line or on the plate is lost KL.30 constant voltage, since the ACC KL.15 off anyway and the result is again a loss Login code.Of course,this loss of voltage or a signal is not complete inst.cluster.I agree with colleagues to look to someone with experience in electronics.Cheers!
