Mercedes SIM271ke2.0 data lost. Need help.

Good day.
I got Mercedes C200 2008 with sim271ke2.0 ECU. Car was towed to my workshop dead (not starting) after some other workshop. Inspection shows that ECU data lost/corrupted:

Initialized - NO
TP cleared - NO
Personalized - NO
Activated - NO

all keys show 0000000000000000
Special key does not show at all.

I assume ST95320 data damaged. I was trying to upload few BIN files from other ECUs with same number and then virginize ECU, but has no success.
I can get all original key data from EIS, but I don't know where in the dump they should go, and how change Iitialized and TP cleared to YES, so I can code ECU back into vehicle.
Please help me get this car running again. Let me know if I need to attach damaged 95320 dump and keys info.

I have Autel IM608. It can read/wright ECU data and do coding. Did few merc ECU before without problems, but this one give me headache. Also have tool to read/wright 95320, but nothing to work with Tricore directly. What tool can do this job? Biggest problem is Initialized - NO. When Autel see this it refuse to refresh or code ECU... Can I sort it just working with 95320 or I need fix Tricore data as well?
