I need a proven solution for scr off without resetting the ECU. Can anyone help me?

unfortunately it still does not start, I need a solution to scr off without resetting the ecu, the car has DTC P13F600 The engine cannot be started because the exhaust aftertreatment system has been tampered with.

Reset is not done within the file (not possible). It must be performed via diagnostic tool such as xentry or dts monaco.
