Honda Civic 1.4 immo off

hello
i have problem with lost key on 2000 honda civic ecu 37820-P1J-E15

someone play with it and IMMO box is damaged
I made key and try to remove immo board in ecu but car not crank
also I try to write all FF in 93c46 but same result

I read that I need to bypass starter relay but I can't find it

can anyone help me with picture of Starter relay location ?
I look above fuse box and in engine compartment but can't find it

you should find it behind glovebox... as far as i can remember
