Hope all is well!

I'm working on a Fiorino 2018 M.Y to make ADblue Off. However i make it disabled ,the message on dashboard " Adblue system Fault" still pop up although no DTC exist in diagnostic. Car is not starting. Is there anybody who already successfully disabled Adblue system ?
