ext.3 file help

hi does anyone know if i can format a usb pen 16gb from ntfs to ext.3 format. i have a humax foxsat hd freesat box and i want to add media files onto its hard drive via usb pen. the box only reads ext2/3 format. thanks for any help

Get a copy of ubuntu live CD from here:-http://www.ubuntu.com/GetUbuntu/download
No need to install, once running use gparted to format ext3
