cas4 f10 lost synchronization key

hello guys
i have bmw f10 cas4 , the car start but only when key is at antenna at steering column, and remote no work too, ( remote battery is good and frequency too) the problem is thst synchronization key is lost as on picture. any idea how to synchronization key?
