Peugeot 3008 DPF

Have a Peugeot 3008, 1.6 HDI.
Its coming up DPF regen fluid pump failure.
Can it be remapped for the DPF to regen without this fluid or will it have to have the complete DPF removal remap?

It should regen with this fault... The additive pump only injects additive to diesel tank, which helps in regen process, but it's not important... So disabling fault code should not be a problem. Fixing this is also not a big problem, sometimes adding fluid is enough (if you want full cheap mode, just add clean diesel to it...)...

It is important without added fluid higher temperatures are required to regen, so if you force regen process at wrong temperature you will get clogged dpf and a lot unnecessary fuel burnt.
