Freelander TD4 2003 EWS and ecu sync

Good day can someone please help me sync ecu 0281010811 DDE with EWS3.I have virginise 95P08 chip in ecu which then paired the two files like these in attachment.Now car swings but no start and in diagnosis by security it says immobiliser idle

Moow,i will appreciate it yes if it works otherwise i gonna need matching files of ECU and EWS.Then i can just program key.
