Opel Frontera B 2.2 dti EGR ECU delete

Hello everybody. Please, I'm from Greece and recently owned an Opel Frontera 2.2 DTI Olympus 2003. I need to delete EGR Valve, but because it's an electric one, I must delete it from ECU. Does anyone can help by submitting instructions for this job and also how to tune ECU? Thank you.
