EWS 3 HELP!

Hello. I have a problem with my E39 EWS block. When I try to add one more key to this car. I suddenly erase all block. Only later i read about 47j processor.
Now i buy other EWS block with 0d46j. And I need help to make bin file to this EWS.

P.S also add new EWS bin file.
