2013 GMC Terrain used radio unlock

costumer install the used radio on his 2013 Terrain
now there is LOCKED info on screen
what is the way now to unlocke it
can dealer do that?

Dealer is hit and miss on these. Read the eeprom and edit the VIN (no checksum)
