Range rover Evoque airbag module came yesterday, cleared crash data with AST and double checked on SMOK which showed no crash data stored.
Customer just called to say error code saying crash event storage full and locked
I'm going to collect the module again tomorrow morning so I can plug it in again
Here is the original file can anyone take a look and see if they can clear it for me, much appreciated
I have also attached the file that was cleared and when comparing in diff now there are definite differences but i don't know if it's completely cleared of all crash data
