there's actually two options for the 93c66 on this programmer, here's the other one(93c66 x 16)

Don't know what's wrong, maybe mileage is not stored on this chip? here's what it looks like

In upa programmer select 93c66 x16, then read, then press "VERIFY" to check if it has erros before save.

I actually did that, used two programmers too, the first and last codes are the same, I think it's not stored on this eeprom.

your file shows 7141063 kms, mileage is stored 100% in eeprom 93c66 but mileage in line 0060 is not good

You're right, it should be stored on this chip, I think I corrupted it somehow, well thanks for trying to help guys, learned something new, now gotta find a good bin to restore it.
