Maybe Kess is not a good tool for this ECU. After writing a new file to the ECU, did you check whether the changes were saved correctly? Your file read by Kess is slightly different from the files I have. I give a file, a partial read of 24kb and new tool for work. You may need to write a new full flash file to the ECU, because the one read by Kess and flashed several times is wrong in the ECU. Try this:

read only the partial 24 KB file with k+dcan cable and (Siemens MS41 Flash Tool_105b) software then i will do a pop and bang and a very fast hard limiter
