Opel astra h mt35 ecu crazy question

Hello......

I have a ..... how i can say...... weird??? question.....

In an astra h with mt35 ecu I need to replace the ecu, I read the pin from obd with fvdi and with carprog

and i put the donor ecu for reading the pin code and make it virgin, but no communication with ecu in obd, and

with second donor ecu I have the same result.......


Is possible that I can't communicate with ecu if it is not programmed??????(I know that happens with some old ecus especially in psa group....)

no , you should have normal connection to ecu.I make swap few days ago.
i do always like his and always work

read pin from car
put spare ecu
read pin from donor ecu
log to (spare PIN) ecu and reset ecu
log to immo(car pin) and choose ecu replacement

yes, that's exactly what I know too.....

they talked to someone and he asked for the ecu, to fix them on the bench......

hence the question.....

(With ori car Sametimes starts some it doesn't...
and when it doesn't start it lost communication with ecu... can H L looks OK....)
