W211 nec key help !

hi friends i have W211 nec key mercedes , the key Counter is 0 (used times is 199999 ) available time is 0 .
is there any way to reset the counter with only key , ? without EIS.

I find it highly unlikely the key is truly exhausted, more likely your key is corrupt and you need to read the EZS and get the password to re-generate this key or make a new one.
