i instaled it, and when i open the aplication BMW Scanner 1.4.0 the software give an error like this '' Hardware Faulty'', know someone this error?

I have a project BMW Scanner1.3.6 but do not have BMW Scanner 1.4.0. I think that the scheme is the same. So I only need a dump ...
