EDC15P+ eeprom change vin and immo

Hello, someone has already changed the controller, I don't have the pin for the old one, currently I have immo off, I would like to have immo on again, would it be possible to do it somehow? I have an eeprom input from the current controller and an eeprom input from the counter. unless it is possible to set the ecu in immo not matched and encode it as a new ecu. Regards
