VAG commander is not able to read PIN

I have problem to adapt new dash, on 50 channel I always have error System Not Ok! and value does not change from 32000.
Do you have an idea what could be the problem? or copy immo data from old dash to new one ?

You cant adapt this dash with vcds, copy immo data only way.
